Input and audited 3500+ aircrew members’ flying and ground training. Created filing system for aircrew member’s personal information. Supervised and delegated workload and upgrade training among 14 airmen into career field. Oversaw aircrew positional upgrades and downgrades for 3500+ aircrew members. Monitored flight physicals, physiological training, aircrew qualifications, unit flying hours, and aviation requirement changes. Controlled security access to ARMS data interfaces, and advised supervisors on matters pertaining to ARMS requirements and modifications.
