Plant Manager 2015-Present

Manage all aspects of plant operations, from receiving of raw materials to shipping of the finished product at the end of the manufacturing lifecycle. Oversee a team of 6 direct reports, and 170+ indirect reports consisting of both temporary and company employees. Manage 2 facilities – an offsite warehouse and the production facility. Oversee a budget worth $1.3M.

•Promoted to the position of Plant Manager in 2015 to form a team to turnaround an underperforming site.

•Effectively turned around a plant losing $50K per month to a profitable site within 10 months of taking ownership of plant operations.

Selected qualified employees to replace current members of the team.
