Scope: 402 Node B Installation, 5 CoWs, 2 RNC Upgrade and new installation, including: RF Design, Site Acquisition, obtaining national and local authority permissions, Civil works, installation, commissioning and start-up of the network, optimization, plus 1 year network support after the acceptance.

Achievements: Design, manufacture and test run a cabinet solution appropriate to the environmental conditions of Ecuador (salinity and rust conditions) and the lessons learned from the project 3G. Root-Cause analysis of the quality problems of metallic materials used in the project implementation and development of procedures for the installation and on-site cold galvanized metal parts to avoid corrosion problems. Developed the Value Stream Mapping to operate under JIT process, decreasing the waste time by 20%. Developed and implemented agile pilot project in the development of task of the integration of Node B to the network with a dashboard aid.

• Achievements: Updated the original proposal, with minimal investment, to meet the Disaster Recovery Plan CANTV under ITILV3 best practices and new legal framework. Developed the Services Design with the expert based on the lesson learned and previously experienced in CANTV; Developed the equipment and software growth plan according with the service design and the storage platform services according with the lesson learned of CANTV and commercial area perspective. Achievements: Signing of a Trial contract for LTE and video surveillance solution over wireless platform after obtaining the VoC

(Voice of Customer).

July 2006 – July 2007, Project Manager HUAWEI Technologies de Venezuela C.A. Caracas, Venezuela.

Project Manager: GSM network upgrade and CDMA 450 Project.

Scope: GSM Network Upgrade: BSC installation and commissioning, Hard Swap-out of 148 BTS in the west of the country during the maintenance windows, in regions with conflict problems with Colombian guerillas. CDMA 450 Project: Operations Center Network (COR) installation and BTS deployment in rural areas, including: Civil works, installation, commissioning and start-up of the network, 1 year network support after the acceptance.

Achievements: 148 BTS Hard Swap out in 2 months without personal or equipment incidents. Project Deployment under JIT (Just in Time) criteria, between, subcontractor, supervisor, supply chain, decreased extra hours payments for waiting time. November 2004 – December 2005, Site Field Engineer Lucent Technologies de Venezuela Caracas, Venezuela.

Engineer: Planning and execution the site survey of the installation sites for the Lucent CDMA equipment to check the environments, energy availability, infrastructure conditions and availability to perform the upgrade (new boards installation), replace or new equipment installation in the same or different wireless mobile technology to the operators Movilnet and Telefonica Movistar.
