1.Three phase AMF controller

Interfacing with three phase Genset. Controlling and monitoring of all parameters of Genset like electrical parameters voltage, current, power, power factor and engine parameters like temperature of oil and water, oil pressure, fuel level and more. Monitoring it's alarm and trip conditions and taking action according to that.

Designing and developing all analog and digital circuit, controller, display, Relays etc.

Software testing on field and in lab.

2.Single phase AMF controller

Interfacing with single phase Genset and controlling and monitoring of all electric and engine parameters of DG.

Designing and developing all analog and digital circuit, controller, display, Relays etc.

3.MULTIFUNCTION METER

Display all electric parameters of DG Genset like voltage, current, power, power factor, kwh etc. Of three phase AC signal.

Designing all analog and digital circuit, controller and display.

4.Power factor calibration jig.

5.DC Genset.

Interfacing with DC Genset and controlling and monitoring of all DC electric parameters of genset. Also measure the RPM.

PROJECT

Device controller:-

Project based on ARM controller LPC2148. In this project no of devices are controlled from computer through Zigbee communication.

Development environment-Keil uversion4, Docklite etc.

Gsm based electricity bill :-

Project based on PIC18f4550 controller. In this project electricity reading bill is directly send on Mobile through SMS by using GSM modem. Also by giving command to modem, disconnect incoming supply if bill is not paid.

Development environment - MPLAB ver8.50, hyperterminal, Docklite, GSM module, electricity meter etc.
