I achieved the top award three years in a row for the fastest growing company in Clark County Washington by the Vancouver Business Journal. I had built the largest mortgage company in the NW by my third year in business. I orchestrated and taught all the aspects of the loan origination process. I executed and oversaw the hiring and firing process for the company. I organized, developed and implemented a major compliance department and had roughly 500 to 600 loan originators at any given time with multiple locations around the country. I conducted and taught weekly trainings on how to find and develop new business and to become a top producer in the mortgage industry. This included educational monthly investment seminars to the public, which I organized and headed up. The usual attendance at my educational investment seminars I produced, developed and spoke at were around 600 to 1,000 people on a regular basis. I created this to help my loan officers and realtors expand their businesses. I also owned and operated extensive amount of real estate including the 20,000 sq. foot commercial building plus thirty to forty rentals. Forward Thinker, Proactive: I owned, operated and built my construction company that did all phases of construction; I also contracted out residential and commercial jobs that I supervised. I bought extensive investment properties of all kinds and did all phases of residential construction to rehab the properties. In some cases I gutted the homes and completely remodeled the properties. I also kept some of the properties for long-term investments, roughly around fifteen to twenty houses, duplexes and fourplexes. I also bought a 70-unit apartment complex in Phoenix and a mobile home park Oregon. I did all phases of remodeling along with managing a crew and tenants.
