Working in Laxyo Energy Limited. at Transtech Green Power Pvt.

Ltd. Sanchore, Dist.-Jalore, Rajasthan in 12 MW Biomass Based power plant

having Traveling grate 60 TPH Thermo-dyne make boiler with working

pressure of 67 kg/cm2, Temperature 4850C and having Triveni turbine(bleed

cum condensing) with working pressure of 64 kg/cm2 and temperature 480 C0

Designation: - OPERATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities :-

Operation of boiler, Turbine & their auxiliaries through MaxDNA DCS System.

Continuous monitoring of computerized control system for plant and taking corrective measures during the shift.

Responsible for planning of shut down work.

Daily log book maintenance work.

Manpower handling for fuel feeding.

System Knowledge :-

Having good command on cold and hot start-up of biomass boiler which is required for smooth running operation of plant.

Having good knowledge of Interlocking system of boiler and turbine which is required for safe running operation.

Having good Knowledge about Emergency Preparedness and Response to Emergencies.

COMPUTER SKILLS:-

Operating Systems Windows, SCADA, And net surfing, Auto – Cadd.
