Worked on designing the folding for the Martha Stewart’s K-Mart bedding line. This consisted in creating different folding diagrams on how comforters should be folded resulting in standardizing the production and operators to work with fewer movements therefore maximizing their time.

Member of the product development team for Target’s comforter line. In charge of all the saw and law labels that contain textile contents, label warnings for US and Mexico. Created the bill of materials as well as the routings and spec sheets, color and texture of thread selection and folding diagrams to minimize movements.

Member of the ergonomics teams. As part of the team, I designed a packing area in the shape of a cart that helped operators reach the boxes minimizing bending to pick them up, resulting in less back injuries and reducing the time it took to complete the job.
