Oualification: I have been in the manufacturing for over 30 years. Within the 30 years I have been in assembly, metal fabrication, machine shop, quality control, sheet

metal work, ressearch and development and tool and die. Most recent work has been in production as an master machinest. I am sure I am qualified for any position,

and I am eager to learn and advance myself into other areas.

Work Experience: 2008- to 2016. Lufkin Industries ( A sister company of General Electric )

Some of the machines I have run are LeBlund 3220 Heavy Duty manual Lath, Monarch Lath, Warner & Swasey Lath, Marvel Saws, Cincinnati CIM-X horizontal Mill,

Cincinnati Milacron CNC, Carlton Long Arm Drill, Farrel Gear Manual Gear Cutter both big and small machines.

Alamo Group Corp. 1992-2008 ( Technical Engineer in Tool and Die Dept.)

My duties intel working closely with engineers in building of fixtures, these fixtures include weld fixtures, drill fixtures,and machine fixtures.

Also, I built and maintain dies in press operations. These dies include shearing, punching and forming dies with single and multi station operations. And least but not

all I also do in house maintenance machine work.

Monroe Indusries in San Antonio, (Mainly as a CNC Operator) 1989-1992

I ran a Sheldon CNC Lath, long arm drill, small manual lath, Bridgeport mill, and a Sunnin grinder.

Here I worked in sheet metal work, ran a long armed router, aluminum anodizing and heat treat operation of aluminum.

Baker Hughes Corp. 1976-1986, known as Bakerline of San Antonio. ( Production Operator )

I ran CNC’s,mills, drills, manual laths, horizontal and vertical saws, and degreasing machine. I also worked in metal fabrication, assembly, quality control and rework operator.

Machine operations were automatics, tracers, rams and manual machines.
