Presently employed with Pakistan Beverage Ltd - PepsiCo Bottling Operations as Group Director Manufacturing Operations (Re-Joined the organization) where I hold full P&L responsibility of six beverage manufacturing units having an asset worth of $ 300 MM, a turnover of $ 245 MM, directed 1050 + employees, generating a total Manufacturing capacity of 203.31 MM cases, managed an annual budget of $ 54 MM, Negotiated deals worth $ 27.5 MM, handled capital projects valued at $ 34.0 MM and carried out cost savings of more than $ 7.6 MM per annum.

The Beverage Division comprised of 20 high speed bottling, canning, aseptic and tetra lines integrated with a solid back up infrastructure of packaging division comprising of the in-house manufacturing of Preforms, Closures, Crowns, Sleeves, Labels, Polythene and Cartons including its Sales Operations.
Also involved in the ongoing green field mega beverage and packaging projects at three different locations in Vietnam and other brown field projects at the Binh Duong manufacturing facility.
