Inside Sales Recruiter – Vivint, Provo, UT (2015 - 2016) Responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling manager interviews, and hiring top talent for the National Inside Sales, Account Management, Channel Sales & Wireless Sales Departments. Responsible for maintaining close working relationships with hiring managers, creating job requisitions, posting job ads and sales reporting. Onsite Recruiting Manager – MMC Group, Sandy UT (2013 - 2015) Full-time Onsite Manager for MMC and Recruiter for a fast paced Inbound Customer Service Call Center. M anage daily on-site operations such as headcount, compliance and all functions of HR for over 100 agents for Federal Government Projects. Corporate Recruiter - Premier Mentoring, Draper UT (2011-2013) Developed and implemented a successful sales recruiting department while ensuring all positions of the company were filled timely and effectively with the best candidates possible to increase sales revenue. O versaw placement of job postings (internal, job boards, newspapers, etc.), resume collection and initial review. Conducted phone and/or preliminary interviews for both Utah and Arizona sales floors.
