DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
DSSW 2013-2014 – I performed various activities such as making detailed reports of the customers, assigning clients to the providers and prepare visits for the administrative personal to evaluate clients. Establish communication with clients, proportion verbal and written explanation of contracts and benefits of becoming a client of the company; and in many cases make proper translations for those whose first language is Spanish. Customer service. Keep record of hours worked by providers to pay employees properly. Also help clients and verify if they could qualify for the homecare and other programs related to health care available in state.
UBH 2013-2014 mental hospital – In charge of making detailed descriptions of happenings of each patient during the night, and collect information sheets form the staffs who were supervising the activity, to later be remitted to the correspondent social worker and other co-workers monitoring behavior and evolution of the patient. Data entry to keep a database and record of each patient, to again, monitor behavioral evolution. Reunite all these information to make a final report and promptly notice any changes on the behavior and overall health of the client. Customer service/ Front desk were also required for this position.
Elwood staffing/ Diary Farmers of America 2014 – 2016
Auditor. Various activities such as, AM and PM yard checks, inventories and based on accurate paperwork (manifests).Clerical duties as is sending emails, answering phones, data entry. Managing office equipment as is fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, personal computers and desk computers. Communicate with other plants to compare information and make exact reports. Setting up group meetings to improve skills and train new members. Look for plants and diaries for new business opportunities. Also need to keep a database for the trailers used to manage the product as well as a record of the GPS system each tank has to facilitate its location. Need to be aware of the regulations and permits required by the state regard inspection stickers and plates for each transport facility. FIFO system is strongly used (First In First Out). Dairy Farmers of America is a Milk logistics industry that allowed me to achieve experience in logistics industry and familiarize with other organizational transport and business methods.
Usage of Microsoft word, Excel, and Microsoft office, PowerPoint, also making schedules and invitations to meetings via email using outlook or Gmail depending on which was available.
Bilingual English/Spanish read, write and speak.
AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
2014 - I obtained two raises over the course of this year for good performance, was promoted from office clerk to Auditor manager.
2015- Received an award for volunteering and working with causes at the children's hospital.
2013 – Honorable participant and volunteer of the program “Keep Vinton beautiful”, which is my actual community.
2016 – Volunteer as Tutor and students aid at Doña Ana community for General Education Diploma classes
2016 – Volunteer at Intercultural women center at Anthony, imparting speeches to Hispanic women who have been victims of abuse.
