Salon De Glamour:
I rented a space in a salon for the period (2006 – 2008), doing nails,
Pedicures, manicures, facials, waxing etc.
While working daily at the salon, I also did promotions over weekends and in the evenings, depending at my schedule at the salon.
Reason for leaving: Got a Perm job at Specifying Dynamics.
Storm Promotions – Sales/Promoter. (Jan 2006 – Apr2008)
While working daily at the salon. Weekends and in the evenings I worked for Storm Promotions doing promotions on Brand house products, Cellphones for MTN, Nashua, and Cell C.
They also used me on their Beauty products such as Revlon, Yardley, Johnson and Johnson, Nivea, Sadie, Garnier, Mitchum (when they bring out new products such as Body Spray, Shampoos, Body lotion etc.). We sold this in the retail shops such as Shoprite, Clicks, and Checkers. They used different sales persons for different stores.

I would go out and see salons for new business as well as do the sales for new customers who doesn’t want to go to salons but buy their own products and do it yourself at home. We sold coloring products, (hannon, Zwartskopf, Wella)
