Production Leader (2008-2010)

Over five years, production increased from 270 employees in 2005 to 440 employees in 2010 as well as efficiency from 58% to 72% on average. Three companies partnered with Sportalm in 2005, but that rose to 30 companies world-wide 2010.

Planned and organized 10 sewing lines (about 200 workers total).

Supervised collections and inventory eight months per year, more than 450 styles.

Lead the CAD department with Lectra Diamino which improved efficiency and cut costs immensely. Prior to this, cutting pictures were made in Kitzbühel then shipped to Bulgaria.

Dealt with orders for subcontractors and guided them in the sewing, cutting, and embroidery methods.

Plant Manager (2005 – 2008)

Installed Oligschallger software in the garment department to assist with managing orders and production.

Reconstructed the sewing department by dividing key functions of machines to increase quality and productivity.

Helped prepare a project for new plant extension that happened in two stages and employed 160 new workers.
