Description: The project comprise of streamlining Human Resource module including management of human resources & capitals. It comprises of four broad sections, mainly Recruitment, Payroll, Leave and Settlement; from recruitment to retirement of employees, all information related to employee can be monitored by this module.

HR Department efficiently monitors all happening in the department including Recruitment, Joining, maintaining Service Record, Promotion, APAR(Annual Performance Appraisal Report),Welfare Settlement etc. This section also monitors all above HR related activities of Workshop employees except Recruitment.

The employee self-service module allows employees to query HR related data and perform some HR transactions over the system. Employees may query their attendance record from the system without asking the information from HR personnel. The module also lets supervisors approve requests from their subordinates through the system without overloading the task on HR department.
