IT Manager, Production Services and Support 5/2015 – 3/2016

Directed a skilled team of ten Release Technicians serving as subject matter experts on production deployments across Unix, Linux, AS400 iSeries, Windows, and Mainframe z/OS platforms and Control-M batch job scheduling. The Release members managed deployments via various methods; Dimensions, Endevor, Aldon, TFS, GIT, SCCM, using various 3rd party products such as Chef, Nexus, Jenkins, MobileIron, PowerShell. As a Change Advisory Board (CAB) approver, participated in weekly reviews of proposed production changes to mitigate risk to production. Supported senior leadership by providing metrics on key performance indicators.

Senior Operations Analyst 10/2013 – 5/2015

Allocated work assignments for a team of production Release Technicians ensuring sufficient, accurate and timely workflows conformed to company standards. Partnered with Change Manager to document, support and enforce best practices for change. Supported business partners by scheduling production batch jobs and deploying code to production environments accurately and on time. Conducted periodic reviewing, revising, and testing of the Information Technology Contingency Plan. Coordinated semi-annual exercises with local and regional locations, including our hot site location.
