Reviewed and provided comments to drafts of floodplain ordinances and municipal directives.

UNO Center for Hazard Assessment and Response Technology: 2006 to 2014 Principal Investigator
Designed and managed a data collection project for the Environmental Defense Fund to gauge the capacity of Gulf Coast industry and infrastructure to meet the needs of planned coastal restoration projects.
Managed St. Bernard Parish’s Repetitive Flood Loss Area Analysis. Collected data on over 1,100 homes, analyzed potential mitigation measures, and wrote report in compliance with FEMA’s Community Rating Scale guidance.
Managed and designed project that conducted Robert Savoie’s data collection for the second edition of his book the 21st Century Technology-Based Regional Economy: A Roadmap for Success including secondary data analysis and an international telephone survey project. RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
