Provide customer service and assistance to the public, defendants, police officers, and attorneys regarding court notices, fines and other information that is needed. Schedule court dates for defendants and attorneys. Maintains all paper based and electronic files applicable to the Municipal Court. Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, fax documents, and attorney entries and conflicts. Assist with the preparation of court dockets. Run Criminal Histories GCIC for court sessions and other investigative purposes. Update CCH daily after court sessions.
