•Manpower Planning & Recruitment
•Manpower planning, Screening and short listing Candidates through different Sources i.e. Job Portals, Consultant (Vendors), Networking, Job adds, Employee Referrals.
•Conducting Telephonic Interviews of candidates and schedule for further interview process.
•Coordinating for the final round with the respective Departments for Operations round.
•Salary Negotiation, Issue of Letter of Intent at the time of Selection of the Candidates and giving Offer letter at the time of Joining.
•Reference check, Maintain employee individual files with information like mark sheets, Address proof, employee CV's, Employment review history, id Proofs etc, Signed Offer letter copy etc.
•Updating DAR every day and Maintaining weekly monthly database (offer status, interview slots)
