Dear Sir/Madam:
In the following pages, please find my resume for your consideration.
As my resume indicates, I am a tireless self-starter and will also make an excellent addition to your engineering team. Furthermore, I bring to the table 25-years of injection mold design experience, 3-yrs. of medical product design experience, as well as,1-year as a tooling engineer for high performance insert molding. This combination has forged me into a very valuable blend of highly detail-oriented tooling engineer and mold designer.
To back this up, I possess: 20-years of CAD experience. Which includes 15-years utilizing up to and including SIEMENS NX ver. 7.5 (Solids + Surfacing + 2D Drawings = Full Designs).
5-yrs. of AutoCAD (2D + 3D Wireframe construction + 2D Drawings = Full Designs).
As an example of my work history I would like to present my employment with Creative Die Mold for 17+ years. I work tirelessly to slash the cost of designing a product or tool without compromising quality. Also, I enjoy visualizing making a mold/tool/fixture easier to build without compromising the integrity of the customers’ product.
I believe that in today’s competitive marketplace it is better to work as a team. Lean manufacturing is a necessity and cannot be ignored. With all of this in mind I would greatly appreciate meeting with your company regarding my coming aboard to assist in making your company even more successful than it already is.
Thank you for Your Consideration

1) Worked with major manufacturing clients in the Chicagoland area on a project by project basis documenting costs for new tooling projects and injection molding including design and cost effectiveness.
2) Dual design capable i.e. bring 2-similar designs along with one another to allow
management and/or customer(s) the greatest amount of latitude for choosing the
product best suited for continued development.
3) Can work in a completely Solid modeling, Surfacing or 2-D engineering environment. This includes taking older 2-D paper or CAD drawings and turning them into accurate i.e. (knowing when to make a 0.18 dimension 0.1875 in order to avoid major fitting problems, time loss and possibly re-machining). This is extremely critical while machining components that need to be fitted with one another from an older-converted hand-drawn design.
