QUALIFICATIONS
Over one year of management experience with a large company in the airline industry. More than ten years’ experience in the Hospitality field including three years as a Front Desk Clerk. I have also Held positions as Evening Manager and Front Office Supervisor. I have Hands-on experience with several different aspects of the Hospitality field such as Fine dining, Catering, Bartending, and all aspects of front desk positions. Several years’ experience on different computers working with several different computer programs. I have several years of other office related and experiences and supervisory positions. Six months experience as Housekeeping Supervisor for LaQuinta Inn's. I also have experience as a Night Auditor and Manager on Duty for Holiday Inn Hotels.
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER All aspects of management to include deposits, e-mail communication, and problem solving. I Managed the daily activity of the front desk to include supervising seven to ten employs dealing with customer concerns and problems. Also was responsible for scheduling and monitoring activity at the hotel.
SHIFT MANAGER All aspects of management to include deposits, e-mail communication, problem solving, and end of month reports, close out, and biweekly payroll. I managed the daily shift to include supervising five to seven employs dealing with customer concerns and problems.
FRONT DESK CLERK Assisted with checking in guests to the hotel and assisting them with any needs they might have during their stay. I have Worked Night Audit and PBX operator by manual posting and by computer.
SUPERVISION Supervised 10 personnel in medical facilities during clinic time and during regular work hours. I have supervised in other positions in several different working capacities.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT Experienced with outpatient care, inpatient care, and with nursing care of patients including medical work ups, exams, and minor procedures. Started and regulated I.V.s and administered inoculations. Skilled in working with both adults and children.
MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION Maintained medical records for over 600 personnel. Used computers to make appointments, take phone messages, and other related medical needs. Organized patients and medical personnel for morning walk in clinic.
SUPPLY Ordered, stocked, inventoried and issued medical equipment and supplies for a large organization. Maintained equipment and supplies during remote operations. Helped to set up ordering of resupply during remote operations.
