Ensure that Unionized crews attend and report to duty dressed and prepared, fit for duty

Ensure that all required paperwork is printed and crew is aware of all work assigned to them and applicable expectations

Debrief crews at the beginning and end of shift; deliver lists to crews and ensure that crews are switching in a safe, productive manner

Communicate regularly with yard coordinators, road specialist and yard manager to ensure train services are meeting the expectations of customers

Transport crews within GTA
