Ask questions such as how long the search has been open, why is the position open, any internal candidates, etc. Take pulse of new client regarding sense of urgency, and six points that are critical for a new employee to “hit the ground running”. Find out what companies my client would like their new employees to come from.

• Develop marketing script and role play that script with my new client putting together an attractive based recruiting script to bring my clients the best candidates possible.

• Source candidates through calling directly into companies recruiting from competitors, boolean strings, LinkedIn, posting positions on the internet as well as finding candidates on job boards.

• Present candidates to my client putting together a professional presentation package which includes resume, summary and references.

• Professionally schedule interviews, prep candidates for each interview.

• Throughout process, I keep in constant contact with my candidate asking questions regarding career goals, family situation, anything that will effect the decision making process from my candidate.

• Assist in closing the candidate through salary negotiations during the offer stage; provide candidate with documents to help avoid counter offers; continued contact with the candidate and now new employee to ensure smooth onboarding.
