In order to satisfy Legal and Statutory requirements of many countries with respect to Personal Income Tax (PIT) compliance process for the Onsite Repairs (OSR) team - it is necessary for GE Energy to file the income tax on behalf of the employees. The purpose of the project is to minimize the rejections at PIT COE and allow source systems to review the data even before it is submitted to PIT COE. Allow source system to submit the source files more than once for review and allow data submission to PIT COE once source teams come to an agreement.

Responsibilities:

Involved in writing a detailed test plan to define testing strategies, test process and methodologies to be used.

Performed black box testing to identify various critical points in the application and automated it by using Selenium Web drivers on different modules of the application.

Performed API testing using SOAP UI.
