Ensures manufacturing unit adheres to standard process improvement and work safety protocol. Implements
quality assurance methods in confirming appropriate engine functionality and conducting equipment care on
supporting machines.
Assembly Technician that assembles and constructs automobile engines, conducts integrated logistics for the
AR 123, AR 21, and AR-17 4-cylinder Toyota engines; effectively manages the Toyota database for items valued
at 92 million USD. Currently producing 470,000 per year
Assembles and installs various engines and engine components on the assembly line which allow the
production of 600 engines daily valued at 3,000,000 USD.
Conducts testing using machine care of Timing Chain FIPG, Drive Plate Nut Runner, and Timing Chain Nut
Runner to ensure operation functionality.

Responsible for hourly dates on the production line process and this is completed by ensuring that each
employee is cleared with the proper training as well as ensuring that the workload is scheduled to meet the
man-hours
Trains and monitors assembly trainees and assistant in safety procedures such as lockout and tag out safety
training.
Directs the pre-assembly production checks by ensuring machines and parts were manually aligned to meet the
standards set by the policy and procedures of Toyota.
Supports the APQP process by participating in both the plant and corporate APQP activities.
Coaches cross functional launch teams, supports and coaches pre-launch meetings, coordinates responsibilities
with the department managers.
Stages, prepares, lifts and loads raw material; monitors and adjust gauges, valves and switches; completes the
paperwork as well as loads the information into the system and by doing this it validates that the assets were
properly produced, assembled and loaded correctly and safely.
Examines assets to ensure conformance to quality standards to promote customer first quality concepts.
Improves the production process by submitting costs, process, and safety kaizen to ensure proper ergonomic,
financial, and safety protocols.
Manages and Analyze productivity enhancing and cost reducing concepts of improving assembly operations.
Reduces the ergonomic issues and support the use of Design for Assembly concepts all while acting as Lead
Assembly Technician.
Manages new programs at the manufacturing facility to assure defect-free and on time launches that meet or
exceed our customers expectations.
Conducts regular meetings and communications with all departments on timelines
Conducts weekly debriefing meetings.
Manages key indicators, develops action plans to correct unfavorable metrics and reports out on progress
during management review
