Liaise with the site construction teams, survey and advise where the installation is at risk from not being commissionable.

Coordinate with the specialist 3rd party contractor, sub-contractor or suppliers and get them to undertake the pre start-up checks and commissioning of their equipments.

Coordinate with the MEP Engineers, Commissioning Team and Specialist Sub Contractor and ensure implementation of any comments raised by the consultant and to plan the work in advance as per the work sequence.

Monitor that the progressing works are carried out according to the planned program and all the equipment required to execute the full commissioning works are available as per the project planning and are in good condition.

Attend weekly commissioning meeting with the main contractors and commissioning authority regarding progress and commissioning issues.

Prepared weekly and monthly overall commissioning progress report and submit to the Project Manager.
