Lead a team of human resources business and technical partners supporting over 8,000 active employees, including Public Safety (Police, Fire & Corrections), Airport, Public Works and Transportation. As a thought leader, in close collaboration with executive leadership, continued the design, development, and delivery of strategic and innovative HR services and programs that optimized the City’s HR model. Accomplishments include:
Facilitated City-wide upgrades to timekeeping and Applicant Tracking System software.
Developed/augmented HR programs, policies and procedures, in partnership with insurance brokers and medical carriers to comply with Federal and Local regulations governing benefits administration under the Affordable care Act and Family Medical Leave.
Led the design and implementation of “e-Training portal” which provides Web and computer based learning opportunities and digital collaboration.

Development of an HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Payroll and Employee Learning Infrastructure to support the addition of 2,500 new associates within a 12 month period.
