Managed all facets of accounting, finance and IT, adding processes, procedures and analytics which led to the company’s first Unqualified Audit Opinion in 3 years.
Managed lending relations for MCIFS’ primary funding sources; $250M securitization, $20M in asset backed loans and an $85M structured financing.
Led the implementation of a new GL (Microsoft GP) and operating system (InfoLease), increasing productivity and information accuracy and ultimately leading to a decrease in headcount of 25% while doubling the company’s assets.
