Work Experience
2014-2015 R&D Food technologist, innovation department, Galam, Israel.
Responsibilities include Development and improvement Sweetening materials based on stevia. Optimal assembly of stevia molecules In order to achieve maximum sweetness and minimum aftertastes (related with stevia). Those sweeteners we used to apply to dairy products, beverages, and other products, Depending on the client request. The work was in the kitchen, laboratory and pilot facility. Part of the job was to generate sensory tests for products under development, writing prescriptions / recipes for products such as fruit drinks or milk drinks and other applications.
2012-2013 Lecturer Assistant, Tel-Hai College, Israel. I trained teenagers in Food technology and science, Academic Center for Youth.
