Job Duties: checking employees call-outs and making changes on the floor plans for the
{24} kitchens are operating. walking thru the kitchens and overseen the Grave Yard employees were doing, and reported to my director, to avoid calls from chef's are not satisfying about the sanitation on the kitchens they are working. open the clocks on certlenly different hours for the employees shift. briefing leads about company policies, have employees with complete uniforms before they are going to the outlets, carried the health card all the time, name tag hats, etc etc.Walking the kitchens and checking with chef's managers about if they are satisfied with the cleaning and be ready for inspections.Also checking the temperatures logs for the dishwaching machines. ice machines, and doing schedules for the utility emplolyee to go every day out of the week and do details. walls, ceiling, scrubing floors with chemicals etc.etc. making plans for the next day, to run the operation smooth.
