First employee hired by the Operations Manager to provide technical expertise and process engineering plus select, purchase and install, set-up, program, troubleshoot, repair and maintain spares inventory for all automated machinery, soldering equipment and processes for building PC boards to customer specifications
Successfully led the manufacturing team to achieving ISO Certification. Set-up and chaired Safety Committee.
Team leader including staffing and training all automated SMT process and equipment and material control and process improvement initiatives plus led safety, quality and production for 3 shifts with 75 employees.

Recruited by the Production Mgr. to set-up automated wire wrap process and to train mechanics and operators.
Initially challenged to achieve 4,000 wires per shift. I set a personal goal of 8,000+. I achieved my personal goal after one month and was then assigned to work with Engineering on all manufacturing processes and equipment.
Maintained all production equipment. Integrated new machinery into the Company and established production guidelines. Set up tool crib, ordered and budgeted for all consumables, capital equipment spares and tools.
