Supervise, Coordinate and Manage all new, custom and spec home construction activities in all communities and/or sub-division. Attend Team Meetings, acquire permits, recruit and actively communicate with sub-contractors and /or vendors, review and approve start packages prior to construction, submit bids, create a budget, plan and schedule construction from start to finish. Maintain construction documents, weekly production reports, inspect work daily, work in excess of 8 hours in a confined space in construction trailers or offices. Review all blueprints/plans, walk houses, prepare service orders, order material, verify accuracy and status of construction schedule, prepare payroll, prepare punch list and maintain job files.
