Presson Descon International (Pvt) Limited (PDIL) is an integrated engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) company. Providing seamless services for supply of production & processing equipment, as well as for setting up complete production & processing facilities.

ADHI LPG & NGL RECOVERY PLANT III, CHAKWAL PAKISTAN

Currently in progress for Pakistan Petroleum Limited with design capacity of 30 MMSCFD natural gas, 5330 NGL condensate & 160 M.Tons/day LPG.

Duties:

Perform pre-commissioning & commissioning activities including equipment handover, punch listing, water flushing, steam blowing, air blowing, pressure testing, and leak test. Hydrocarbon introduction & master start up activities

2.Previous Working Experience: (March 2008 Jan 2015).

Pak-American Fertilizers Ltd. is a Complex of Ammonia & Urea, Installed by Stemi Carbon, having the Most Modern DCS System comprising on 750 MTPD Ammonia and 1320 MTPD Urea Plant.

Having 07 Year Experience (March 2008 Jan 2015) at UREA PLANT as a Process Controller in (AGRI TECH LTD.) Formerly Pak-American Fertilizers Ltd. Iskanderabad, Distt. Mianwali.

CO2 Compressor & Steam Turbine section

Purification & Recovery Section

Concentration Section

Accomplishments:

Closely monitored and safely operated critical Pumps, Condensers, Heat Exchangers, Absorbers, strippers, Reactors, Gas Separators, Vacuum Concentrators, High pressure & Temperature vessels.

Safely operated Compressors and Steam turbine.

Capacity Enhancement Project (PACE-135)

During Revamp (Capacity Enhancement Project (PACE-135) i involved in following activities:

Errections, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning of plant according to procedures.

Conducted solo run test of newly installed turbine and motors.

Supervises the performing of hydro testing of lines.

Responsible for site safety.

Safety Training:

Permit to work system

Fire-Extinguishing system.

Proper Use of 30-mins Breathing Apparatus sets (SCBA) and live air mask.
