Duties

Designing and Preparing of HVAC, DRAINAGE, WATER SUPPLY, FIRE FIGHTING & EXTERNAL SERVICES Shop Drawings with Auto CAD. Various Projects of Residential, Commercial, Industrial Buildings, Palaces & many other facilities. Preparation of General Arrangements, builders work & Coordinated Construction drawings for various services. (Plant room, Schematic diagram, Sections and elevations)

Preparing complete electro mechanical co-ordination drawings and sections taking site measurements whenever it is required and discussing with the site Supervisors to clarify their doubts about the drawing and reporting to the concerned Project Engineer/Manager

Provide all the back-ups to the cad operator to prepare the drawings

Preparation and update of working / shop drawings as per the project requirement

Co-ordinate with project engineers and gets up to date information and guide the CAD operators accordingly.

Site visits to analysis problem and suggest resolution to the project team.

Prepare the RFI to consultant and main contractor to ensure the design details.

Monitor the draughting process for productivity and accuracy

Review the changes for technical compliance co-ordination of services and accuracy prior to submission.

Maintain the record of change to better traceability and for future claim purpose.

Advice project team for the necessary drawing variation costs die to change in the layout by Client / Project manager / Consultant.

Perform all activities in compile with the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.

As built drawing preparation.

Site visits to analysis the problems & suggest resolution to the project team.

Duties

Revising and re-submitting the shop drawings according to consultant comments and preparing as built drawings.

Co-ordinate with engineering department on all aspects during the development of works and confirming the design with requirements.

Windows, MS Excel, fully conversant and advanced drafting techniques in Auto CAD (Version 2004 to 15) Software Applications in all Aspects. Customization of Auto CAD. Installation of software’s, internet operation, Basic Knowledge of Revit software etc.
