Program Manager, Housing Services 06/2014 to Current
Supervise HUD funded and locally funded housing programs that provide permanent supportive housing for
chronically homeless individuals that suffer from mental health, substance abuse, and physical disabilities.
Restructured the program to provide housing for an additional 125 individuals and increased the operating budget
by 60%.
Implemented procedures to meet the demands of the Housing First modality, resulting in no less than 92%
occupancy for the entire program year.
Worked with the City of Fort Worth staff and the CoC to improve ETO tracking of program data allowing us to
showcase our success.
Meet monthly with members of the City of Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Housing Authority and the CoC to
collaborate about the most effective ways to end homelessness in the city of Fort Worth.
Successfully completed the renewal project application and the request for proposal for HUD funded programs.

for individuals that suffer from comorbid mental health and substance use disorders.
Increased COPSD program operating budget by 70%, allowing the program to transition from an internal service
to a community wide service.
Collaborated with multiple community agencies to assist in the expansion of the COPSD program.
Increased Department of State Health Services COPSD audit score from 72% to 93% over the course of one
