Objective
I have been teaching 27 years in the Public Education System. My desire is to teach children in the areas of Technology and I would also like to work with Special Needs children. If I can not do that I would also like to branch off into Social Services, Office work, or maybe even Retail.
Qualifications
I have been teaching since I graduated from Northwestern State University in 1989. In my years of teaching I have taught in the range of grades 1st through 8th. I began working on my computer skills in 1992 and attended a course at DeVry Institute in Dallas. I have been to numerous workshops and college courses in order to increase my expertise in technology. I worked as a technician for the Grant Parish School Board, and I have held several positions in the past besides being a teacher. My past experiences include: working in retail, working as a legal secretary and court reporter for a judge, and in many other service areas.
