My Philosophy of Education

Education is the inculcation of values and ideas in students to think, write, speak and express themselves creatively with self confidence, self reliance and with a spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and imbibing in them understanding and an appreciation to our cultural heritage, instilling social, moral and national values to evolve with time and with a perspective of human and national welfare. Education needs to propel with vision and value that can bring people together to develop the best possible in the circumstances for growth in size and quality. The leader instills the team members with thousands of visions. The visions express and create a mission to ensure contributive attributes through appropriate actions.

I think that people are able to understand things better when they can apply the information to their lives practically, and that students should be able to do it experimentally in their lives. They should be allowed time and again to figure things out on their own, while guidance is provided by the teacher so that too much time is not wasted, while they still have the freedom to think of things perhaps in another way that will work better. They need to know the important things about the place they live in, because they will interact with the people around them, but they also need to know about their global society and international values so that they can put forward themselves judiciously with those people and make them more useful to society. Students should be able to build their self-confidence, enabling them to stand on their own feet in a world of rationalization and decision making, taking the facts and putting them together for themselves, no matter what others may say. They should have the chance to make their own choices within the structured setting. They need to be challenged to do more than they can, but not held to extreme standards that they can never reach.
