Executing the Production & manufacturing of Polypack Milk & Fermented Milk Products (Dahi, chhach)

To ensure that the Pouch milk & milk products manufactured are of specified quality and volume and minimize the production losses at all stages of handling milk & milk products.

Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume.

Also controlling on third party operation of Poly Pack milk, Dahl, Ghee, Yoghurt etc.

Responsible for implementing systems & processes and key Performance Indicators for the plant

Maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant team.

Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market

To ensure proper hygiene condition and adherence to Good manufacturing practices & safe work environment.

Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP s) are developed & maintained for all aspects production.
