Work with radiology technologist to verify using Radworks Software successful “Matching” and “QC Success” of images from Kodak CR 900’s, Picker CT, Picker Voxel Q, Acuson Sequoia Ultra Sounds, GE Digital Fluoroscopes, GE MRI.

Work with radiologist to ensure successful reading, reporting, and verification of all digital X-rays. Verify the successful archiving, and viewing of X-rays from the Review Stations and Web viewers and PACS viewer software.

Maintain Radworks web server (Microsoft IIS4.0) to include security IAVA updates and PKI certificates. Work on implementation of Power Speak software for speech recognition used with teleradiology.

Troubleshoot network DICOM connectivity issues and work with IBM help desk to track all open tickets related to the IBM PowerPacs system.

Perform emergency recovery procedures in case of hardware or software failure to bring the PACS systems up and operational, and develop possible work around procedures to PACS work flow in case of hardware outage.
