March 2016 SENIOR PROGRAMMER LANSA AD, ACBS ANALYST/QA ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking Systems) In-house applications development working at a client site. Some of projects included:

Creation of Automatic Ticket Maker (ATM), where user can save this source document and view it at a later time. This was designed to eliminate printing and save input time for ACBS transactions.

Designed screen and input process to provide users the ability to input two additional overnight rates for newly created Canada portfolio. This requirement was designed to integrate Canada’s Prime and Non-performing loans to other applications with the bank.

Conversion of all ACBS in-house functions to FIS standards. Project Management and coordination between different IT groups ACBS application support, this also includes:

By utilizing ACBS data, these projects have completely eliminated manual entry environment, created ease of process, established efficiency and greatly reduced loan administrators’ work load.

The Letter of Credit Notifications are automatically created and emailed directly to the groups within the bank, thus eliminating the need for manually printing, scanning and emailing these documents. On-line and Batch versions were developed and implemented.

- Provided detailed documentation, run procedures and samples of all completed projects.

- Run End of Month reports and assist as troubleshooter in all areas of the data processing department.

Designed, coded and implemented a securitized Client/Matter Billing Inquiry module. Security system restricted viewing of files to the Partner or Associate that was assigned to these files.

Assisted an in-house staff in the simplification of procedures for the consolidation of two systems into one global lending system.

Developed and coded a series of CL procedures to fully automate partition upgrade process. Revised and rewrote a partition upgrade user manual making the process more user friendly and precise.

Utilized LANSA database internal files to provide reports for IMS management to review all partition processes and functions and custom database files.

Utilized AS/400 SDA screen design facilities with CL programming to simplify a download procedure from a tape to a safe file on the AS/400.

Developed a custom Docket Calendar and Service Database system for Partner and Associate. This local system maintains court appearances, adjournment dates, mail received, motion and calendar forms. Both systems maintain quick, on-line search capabilities, past and future date calculations and global updates. System was adapted for use nationwide.

- Service System database monitored and tracked documents filed with the court and outcome of cases (adjournments, motions, etc.).

- Also followed up on documents given to outside clerical services.

Created a Client Response System for New Matters Department. System printed New Matter Form, enabling all details regarding the matter to be included. Other components: an acknowledgement letter with signature by attorney and client.

1992 RPG III/400 Programmer

Developed software enhancements and custom coding in Inventory and Piece Systems module in RPG III/400 and CLP. Developed management requested top priority programs.

Designed, coded, implemented, tested and debugged software for Sales Department. Program featured present years and previous years’ to date sales figures for individual sales representatives.

Designed and coded CL programs for ROBOT/400 job scheduler.

With the use of SDA (Screen Design Aid) utility in conjunction with CLP, created a user-friendly procedure to perform daily back-up of system and non-system libraries.

Redesigned and implemented main order entry menu to send all user requested reports to another subsystem for later printing. This process was designed to free up system’s spooling output queues for better operational efficiency.

Daily monitoring of all communication lines between company and affiliates; repaired any problems.

Installed and networked all terminals and printers.

Designed, coded, implemented, tested, debugged and documented employee database system. This comprehensive database system allowed for all options required in system management and maintenance.

System allowed management to monitor employee absenteeism.

Created a RPG 400 program to access raw material information and display it at the request of users.

Created SDA screens supported by CL allowing users faster access to previously written programs.

Security Officer: responsible for establishing and updating user profiles and system configuration in order to maintain systems integrity.
