Served as the sole Data Manager. Ensured timely and accurate delivery of data/documentation from contractor and forecasted upcoming and overdue CDRL deliveries. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and downloading all Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) documentation from contractor DM tool and inputting into NLOS DM tool for review and approval of the Program Management Office (PMO). Generated and maintained DD 1423 CDRLS for existing and new contract efforts to include implementing current CM standards to ensure that Statement of Work (SOW) requirements are met. Utilized the ASSIST and PDM data management tools from multiple prime contractors in order to transmit CDRLS between multiple locations. Duties also included assembling/closing CDRL packages, consolidating CDRL responses and transmittal of responses/dispositions back to the contractor. Received and maintained CDRL withdrawal/extensions letters and forecasting of extensions. Reviewed specifications and other technical documentation as part of DM activities to verify compliance with Data Item Description (DID) and data rights markings. Supported Change Control Board (CCB) actions by preparing packages for review and coordination of signatures/dispositions as well as inputting ECP documentation into database. Updated, modified and authored the Document Summary List (DSL) for current and new contract efforts. Attended weekly and biweekly engineering staff call and CM meetings as well as taking and posting meeting minutes. Assisted in the preparation, review, and coordination of dispositions for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Requests for Deviations and Waivers (RDWs). Received and downloaded newly released drawing packages and specifications. Reviewed Technical Manuals and provided comment back to author to help verify and validate content. Worked with various IPT groups within program office and communicated with project office team leads to ensure timely delivery of data.
