EXPERIENCE:

United States Marine Corps artillery cannoneer – assistant chief march 2012 to June 2015

Marine Corps Base Hawaii with deployments to Japan, South Korea

• Lead a team of 4-5 artillery cannonneers in the routine security, placement and operations of a 4 million dollar military weapon system;

•Mentored six junior personnel by providing personalized education and training, effective counseling and a positive working atmosphere. Six were promoted according to their regular promotion schedule,

•Accounted for 4 million dollars of weapons and ammunition being shipped from Hawaii to Okinawa, japan with zero deficiencies and 100% accuracy.

United States Marine Corps armory- custodian June 2015 to January 2015

•Provided expert security and protection to high-level executive leadership by taking proper care of multiple weapons systems, communications with partnering armory teams in a high-stress environment resulting in a secure operating environment with 100% mission completion;

•Recognized for effective maintenance and care of 250 weapons systems during a scheduled training exercise. Clear and concise communications and training led to all weapons systems being activated and able to successfully perform, allowing personnel to complete their assignments 50% faster than the normal training pipeline;

USO, Okinawa, japan November 2012 to April 2014

Led volunteers in providing troops overseas with meals and entertainment, assisted in cleanup of the island of Okinawa ensuring community cohesiveness between the local community and the military, assisted in several events that exist to bring cohesiveness between the military personnel and local citizens.

Security - word of life Christian center, Honolulu, HI April 2015 to present

Assisted in the safety of millions of attendees as well as special guests. Handled situations with a calm head insuring the continuation of church services and the wellbeing of everybody involved as well as everyone in attendance. Performed a variety of duties to include: clean up, minor construction, assisting pastors, and greeting guests.
