Project Manager (August 2013 – October 2015)
Managed the planning and execution phases for both Shell Malikai (~$50M) and Chevron Bigfoot (~$10M) projects within the defined specification, schedule and budget boundaries.
Provided effective direction internally to project team members (8-10) and externally to suppliers (4) in support of the project execution including milestone payments, capturing change / variation orders (~$2M) and ensure the timely submission of all project invoices.
