My duties include partial payroll for 188 employees, answering phones, filing, faxing, data entry, update software on mobile units, systems administrator for OSSI database, programming new employee information in the time clock, submitting incident offense and arrest reports to the state and figuring the State, Federal and 7 municipalities monthly housing bills for inmates. I issue carrying concealed weapon permits, process civil papers, warrants. Dealing with courts on various issues daily, I keep up with inventory for the entire department.
