Ensuring company complies with PAS 2030 and all regulatory and legislative matters pertaining to Green Deal and ECO schemes. Led the projects to take company from being Green Deal Installers to Green Deal Providers and Green Deal Advice Organisation. I was also in the process of taking the company through the requirements of gaining a full FCA licence in relation to consumer credit. Ensuring all staff are trained in the afore-mentioned areas and are fully compliant with all the various codes of practice and legislation.

Additional Information

President of Napier Students Law Society: 1999-2001. This involved planing and organising various events throughout my term of office ranging from guest speakers, on some topical legal subject, to the annual graduation ball.

Represented Napier in Telder and Jessup International Moot Court Competitions, which involved presenting written and oral arguments on complex legal disputes that could arise between states.

I was President of Livingston Rugby Club between 2007 and 2011 and I have also served and chaired various committees within the club for specific projects. I have also coached at U16, U18, and 2nd XV level within the club. I have also coached at U16 district level for a period of three years. At present my role within the club is to represent players at disciplinary hearings at Murrayfield if they have been sent off as well as being the club secretary.
