As Controller and Dir of HR Directed the growth of a $6 million internet/marketing company with 45 employees to a $30+ million company with over 350 in house employees and over 800 independent contractors. Set up and directed accounting and HR programs/ functions. Responsible for 85+ bank accounts and over 85 companies in QuickBooks -consolidating into 1 P & L. Prepared all corporate tax returns for up to 85 subsidiary/affiliate corporations.

Established national buying programs and weekly buying procedures with major distributors to affect cost savings in excess of 10-15%.

Designed and implemented employee bonus incentives, profit sharing programs, and benefits administration for over 850 employees which improved employee satisfaction, maintained lower turnover rates and produced * higher retention rates (Supervisors and GM’s had average of 12 years of service).

Developed and implemented procedures through use of bid systems and improved negotiations for new unit construction and major equipment purchasing, generating $40K - $80K savings per unit for 5 new restaurants.
