Maintained employee engagement scores in the top 10% of HCA for 3 years

Designed, built, and opened a 5 bed Level II NICU which achieved a 60% volume growth within the first year, resulting in an expansion to 9 beds and $1,238,964.00 net income Implemented process improvements relating to exclusive breastfeeding resulting in the completion of Phase 2 Baby Friendly designation

Maintained service line core measure ranking in the top 10% nationally for 5 out of 8 quarters

Achieved a 65% increase in physician satisfaction based on annual survey results
