Mentor the youths on a daily basis using the sport of football to redirect certain behavioral issues. Facilitated one on one, as well as group sessions with the youths on the fundamentals of football as well as basketball, continuously helping the youths with whatever challenges in life they may encounter. Oversees finances for the Club. Monitor the youths for proper equipment for a productive year. I have been coaching with the youth boys and girls club for a period of six years. I also mentor the youths in any situation or problem that arises some of these kids make sports their outlet and that’s where we sometimes have to step in.

Monitored and accessed timely submission of incident reports. Administered orientations to new staff members. Monitored youth residents insuring proper uniform. Also took daily routine counts throughout the day. Spoke with parents regarding their resident when necessary pertaining the progress. Made sure resident were transported to outside facility appointment on time, such as therapy and court hearings. Attended IEP meetings throughout the day. I have coached basketball with the residents at Chetheam. Mentored the residents, providing them information on how to apply and interview for employment, the proper way to dress, the importance of good hygiene and especially facilitated workshops about completing education, maintain a satisfactory GPA, and the submission back to society.
