Process development of copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar device in area of Se reactor and CdS processes. Coordinated various aspects of process, equipment development, and material supplies.

Developed roll-to-roll Se reaction process, starting from equipment setting up to 15% efficiency process.

Created Se reactor process monitoring method required for process control. Patent applied and published.
