Operations Manager for the Weld Dept. in the manufacturing of underbody automotive parts. Directed daily schedule through use of JRP through Plex. Managed ramp up of new process with 35 weld cells and 350 personnel. Worked directly with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Contractors. Managed direct salary supervisors, wage roll employees, and contract employees. Ensured that all deliverables were met to achieve customer satisfaction as a Tier 1 Supplier for GM.
