PROGRAM MANAGER: PwC US HRSSC BPO OFFSHORE TRANSITION, FLORIDA USA

Program Manager for HR Work stream of PwC US Shared Services Centre BPO Offshore Launch with PwC Tampa Office, managing the end-to-end transition for HR Processes of Employment verification, Standardized reporting production, Flexible work arrangement administration, Education Support Plan Administration, Departure and debt teams and Amex administration of Benefits Administration module, with PeopleSoft, NotesDB, LMS, ViewAccess and American Express Tools technology. The HRSSC BPO module comprised of about 30 FTEs, and was transitioned successfully within budget and time (36 weeks) with a revenue generation of $4.5 million.

PROGRAM MANAGER: VENDOR DEEP DIVE FOR A MAJOR EUROPEAN BANK

Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert of a team of about 20 resources onsite for 9 months, for Vendor Deep Dive on behalf of Price Waterhouse Cooper, Netherlands for Post Merger Integration program with ING Bank in Netherlands. Made major contributions in Contract Management Health checks, Go Live readiness assessment and Vendor Performance Management with Contract Management Office of the Bank and analyzed Global Best Practices for Contract Health Checks with Procurement Contract Management and Strategic Sourcing Capability Pack tools for multiple vendors. Also drafted and reviewed a PCO framework for the ING LISA Project with ING and Capgemini, NL.

PROGRAM MANAGER: IT STRATEGY FOR MAF GROUP, DUBAI UAE

Onsite Program manager for an IT strategy and roadmap project with Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Group of companies in Dubai, UAE. The project was of 32 weeks duration, and had 8 consultants on board. The final deliverable was an independent and structured assessment of MAF’s IT portfolio with view to strengthening strategic direction of IT Investments with needs of business units, aligning IT to better meet business’ needs, optimizing IT organizational structures for enhancing efficiency and service levels, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources, IT support structure to support various business of MAF, with recommendations on Business application software budget including project management methodology & tool, ITIL Service delivery software, Corporate Data Warehouse tool Cognos, Intranet Portal including Knowledge management and workflow and Document Management System Documentum,and applications such as HRIS, Identity & Access Management, Gift voucher system, Real estate leasing system etc..

PROGRAM MANAGER: eHEALTH STRATEGY FOR MINISTRY OF HEALTH, BRUNEI

Onsite Program Manager for an e-Health project for Ministry of Health, Brunei, to create an RFP requirements document for Public Health and Tele Health Services Information Management System. This included As-Is state and To-Be analysis, creating Functional Specs document, Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, Project Scoping, Roadmap and design, Overall Project Planning and Strategizing program implementation. The project was of 12 months duration with 8 FTEs, and revenue generation of $6 million.

Transition Manager for Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Work stream of PwC US Internal Financial Services E&C BPO Offshore Launch, managing the transition process for the USIFS E&C BPO Pilot phase comprising of 2 work tracks of E&C Registration Services & Blue-I Securities processes.
